What can you do to help?

This book is designed to encourage and inspire those who have a child or relative with autism, as well as professionals who work with children with autism. The practical reflections and "What you can do to help" insights at the end of each chapter are too valuable to miss on!

It was my privilege to share the good news of the Gospel with Kristi some years ago. She accepted the gift of eternal life with much joy. It has been exciting to watch Kristi grow in her faith as evidenced by her ability to overcome many difficulties in her life. She has been a blessing to me as I walked through some deep waters.

As a mother, I am inspired by Kristi's dedication to her children and my respect for her as a mother is unparalleled. As a physician, I am inspired by her dedication to encourage all of us to follow our Spirit-guided pursuit of truth. We are blessed to have people like Kristi who show us the way to healing, even if it means helping us to learn new techniques and new methods of healing. I am happy to encourage doctors and health professionals throughout the country to never give up even when the diagnosis and prognosis seem overwhelming.

Kristi's presentation at our conference captured the hearts and minds of virtually every person in the room. Most of the attendees were physicians from all over the USA. Kristi speaks from direct personal experience and she has achieved that which very few people ever achieve - a complete turnaround in her health and the health of her son. Her story is real, filled with hope, for all who may be fortunate enough to hear her. Thank you for a great presentation.

Just as experts are made in the fires of hard-won experience rather than opinions derived from abstractions, Kristi has earned compelling credentials as a mother who researched and developed innovative ways to parent and "recover" an autistic child. But what she gained was not simply encouraging results for her own family. With her motivational and inspirational style, her materials are designed to replicate those breakthroughs and bring about transformation for parents and educators facing unique challenges. Refusing to give up, Kristi persevered to bring a message of hope and loving kindness that applies to various life challenges which she continues to refine in the form of lectures, speaking engagements, a website, and various publications.

Kristi provides a clear and concise message from other speakers I've seen. She's able to keep the audience captivated with her realism and connection. I've known and worked with Kristi on a professional level observing her savvy business mind. She impressed me so much that we joined forces and developed a University dedicated to assisting others in health and wealth education. I highly recommend her.

Kristi was a speaker in the youth track at our National Psoriasis Conference. We threw a number of challenges her way, including a wide age-range of children, a very limited speaking time, and specific information about psoriasis that she had to incorporate. She met each challenge with ease and incredible professionalism, facilitating a workshop that was appropriate for all of the youth involved and their parents. She was able to integrate our disease-specific information into her messaging about empowerment, and the delivery was seamless. You would never have known that Kristi wasn't an employee of the Psoriasis Foundation! Kristi received excellent evaluations; attendees were impressed with not only the content, but her special skill of talking directly to youth in a respectful yet completely age-appropriate way.

Kristi Chrysler gave a wonderful talk and book signing at the Schuler Books & Music. Alongside Kristi's very informative discussion on autism, her children performed a story-time for other children on hand. Kristi was extremely kind and compassionate with each audience member who attended the book signing, spending extra time to answer each and every question they had. Many booksellers working that day noted that the Chrysler kids not only put back any books they looked at exactly where they found them, but they were conscientious of other customers in the store and of each other. They kept themselves occupied until Kristi was finished and did not once complain. The entire Chrysler family was polite and very well presented. It was a pleasure to have them at the store and to have their knowledge made available to our customers.
